– What is it that I love doing?
– What am I good at doing?
– What needs can I serve in society?
– What does my conscience tell me to do?
– What is life asking of me?

WHAT DO I WANT TO HAVE?
– What do I want to have on the inside (thoughts, feelings, desires, attitudes, qualities, health, etc.)?
– What do I want to have on the outside (results, resources, finances, conditions, reputation, influence, time, experiences, etc.)?

LEADERSHIP

I wrote this to a GBC member: The impression of many devotees I know is that the GBC cares only in words, by nicely written resolutions. Not in practice. And the GBC seem to not care at all that so many devotees are not trusting them and leaving the movement due to their not walking their talk. To me the dismissive and defensive  attitude of the GBC members to concerns of devotees about  adharmic or criminal  activities in ISKCON is not even human, what to speak of being devotional. It's easy to shut people up. But I don't believe it pleases Srila Prabhupada. I believe every GBC has a very strong mind and no one can argue with them. Time will show, but I am afraid this kind of leadership will destroy ISKCON.
